Out of Many Riddim | Upsetta Records

Upsetta Records and Loud City Music present their second collaborative release of 2019, Out of Many Riddim.

This gigantic release features 9 songs. Each from a different artist. Many of which are newcomers to Upsetta and Loud City and huge names in the industry!

Dutty Man

‘Dutty Man,’ by Romain Virgo was the first single released on the Out of Many Riddim. A powerful anthem calling to stop the horrifying epidemic of exploitation, abuse, and murder of children in Jamaica (and around the world).

Since its release, “Dutty Man” has been charting and dominating the airwaves. The support on Social Media has been viral with countless people posting videos singing/listening to the song.

Furthermore, Romain Virgo, Upsetta Records & Loud City have donated proceeds to Eve for Life Foundation. A Jamaican non-profit that works to support young women and girls exposed to HIV, as well as sexual and gender-based violence.

Sparta Inspiration

Tommy Lee Sparta, a giant in the Dancehall world, delivers an uncharacteristically uplifting tune called ‘Tomorrow’s A Better Day.’ The song has already gained a huge buzz around the world.

It has been called “[possibly] the biggest song of 2019” and “by far one of the best tracks I’ve heard from Tommy Lee Sparta…”

Weight On Your Shoulders

Jesse Royal, an unofficial member of the unofficial ‘Reggae Revival’ movement. A movement that burst on the scene at the beginning of this decade. The ‘Small Axe’ joins Upsetta for the first time on this project with a love song. ‘Weight on your Shoulders.’

This not a bubble gum love song. Rather one with substance in which the artist declares his deep love and caring for his Queen.

Grammy-Nominated Fyah

Kumar (Fyah) – Former frontman for Raging Fyah and Grammy-nominated artist, joins Upsetta for the first time with his,‘Change.’ The song is an uplifting anthem to love and hope. Another potential hit in which Kumar showcases his writing style as well as his incredible voice. This track is not to be missed.

Powerful Lineup

Jah Izrehl is arguably this year’s biggest new artist. Displaying a vast versatility by voicing both Reggae and Dancehall tunes. Most that have created a buzz in the industry.

‘Sad To See’ is a scathing rebuke of a social and political system that continuously abuses the poor.

Capital D is a veteran in the music business and at Upsetta Records. The ‘Caliente’ singjay offers up ‘The Glory.’ A massive song about perseverance and gratefulness.

His unique, fast-paced vocal style and the positive message delivered make for another ‘not to be missed’ tune on this project.

Don Husky, another rising artist featured on the project with lots of talent and potential, delivers a strong performance on ‘Taking Control.’

Royal Blu, an exciting young singer with an alluringly etherial voice and artist on the rise, enlists with Upsetta Records to bring incredibly catchy love song ‘Woman’ to this album.

ORieL, an already established producer, sound engineer, and DJ, has been making a name for himself as a singer too. His uplifting song, ‘Hard Hustle,’ showcases the talent of this upend
