Inspired by Upsetta Records‘ highly, anticipated Kingship Riddim, reggae release – Upsetta Films‘ has released their first installment, of Kingship Riddim Medley, HD Music Videos.
New Reggae Video: Kingship Riddim Medley (Pt. One), HD Reggae Video
The debut reggae, ‘medley video’ by Upsetta Films, features two upcoming recording artists from Jamaica, Boom Dekka and Cario – with “Bring Di Ting” and “King Roun Here.”
Boom Dekka and Cario‘s “Kingship Riddim Medley,” was filmed on location, in Kingston, Jamaica by Upsetta Films. The music video was Directed by Upsetta Films and the DP and Editor, was Selector Dubee.
When the Upsetta Movement left for Kingston, Jamaica in November of 2012, they intended on filming an HD Music Video, for Cario’s “King Roun Here,” on Upsetta Records’ Kingship Riddim. The initial concept of the video, was to keep in dark – with fire accents – to emulate the strength and vibe of the Kingship Riddim, reggae release and Cario’s “King Roun Here.’
However, while Upsetta Films Selector Dubee, Original King and Jon Demus were filming the “King Roun Here” Music Video, Dante was in the house, recording Boom Dekka’s “Bring Di Ting” – which, as you know, or will soon find out – is a wicked, reggae tune!
Therefore, Upsetta Films, also decided to also film a video for Boom Dekka’s “Bring Di Ting,” the following Thursday. Since Boom Dekka, had already been featured in Cario’s ‘King Roun Here” Music Video, it made sense to make the two into a Music Video Medley.
In the “King Roun Here” portion of the Kingship Riddim Medley, Cario and Boom Dekka are on a mission, with their torches, to burn out corruption and ‘vampires.’ With that having been filmed, Upsetta Films decided to shoot Boom Dekka’s video, with the concept that he’s going to meet Cario, get him interested and excited about joining this mission … which, though, vague, ended up translating nicely.
